Solo exhibition of new work by Tineke Van der Eecken
Exploring the fibres of flora, fauna, and human systems, including jewellery, small fine metal sculptures, and objects formed by corrosion casting. These objects are placed in dialogue with images and poetry that document the thrum of life and death in environmental arterial systems, connecting root, river, skeleton, and vein.
JMGA WA acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to them and their cultures; and to elders both past and present.
